Four Bonnysa products received the Superior Taste Award given by chefs and sommeliers from different countries who participated in the last tasting carried out by the International Taste Institute. The blind people appreciated the taste, appearance, aroma and texture, among other variables, of the different products and highlighted the quality of Bonnysa’s products.
“Chef Gabriel’s new artichoke dip, papaya and guacamole have been awarded 2 stars (which, together with the Taste of the Year label, makes them the most popular dips on the European continent). These remarkable products have achieved this recognition thanks to their impactful freshness. Bonnysa currently has other products that have received this label, such as the original guacamole, tomato juice and Saborsada, which also have Vegetarian Union approval and are suitable for 100 % to vegans.
“The banana that the company grows on the island of Tenerife has been awarded three stars, the highest rating that is unanimously awarded by professional tasters only to exceptional products. This recognition values the Bonnysa banana as a benchmark flavor, well above other international proposals; thus, also highlighting the good work of Canarian agriculture.”
“It’s a recognition of all the effort and dedication we put into growing our products. Not only are they loved by the end consumer, but they have also been recognized by professionals who thoroughly analyze them objectively and anonymously. We are very satisfied with this result and we will continue to work to innovate and develop tasty, high quality and sustainable products,” said Jorge I. Brotons, the company’s commercial director.
